I recently attended a baptism (christening) for a family friends daughter at St James Anglican Church in Melbourne Australia.
It was a unique and beautiful service as the event was on January 26 Australia Day. The offertory was words to the song God Bless
Australia set to the tune of Waltzing Matilda. I will now include these song words at my hobby site for

who did not want to have children. It was inspired by the parish priest Father Kim Benton watching a current affairs program
on the subject. The theme was that many couples were choosing not to have children. These couples were not considering the real meaning
of marriage and a family but were more interested in gathering possessions and pleasures for themselves with no commitment to children or anyone else.
He was non judgmental but was pondering if the couples would regret this in their
retirement years. Imagine being in a lavish nursing home with no relatives to visit. Makes you think.
Another inspiring thing of this day to me was on the printed service notes was a copy of Ghabndi's 7 Deadly Sins.
Here They Are. Politics without principle, wealth without work, commerce without morality, pleasure without conscience,
education without character, science without humanity and worship without sacrifice.
